Pain therapy/
Myofascial release

I distinguish the systems of your body, the nervous, muscular, fascial, organic and involuntary nervous system. This way I will find out, what kind of dysfunction is causing the pain and what tissues are responsable for the pain. What happens to the interaction of the muscles? Which fascial chains are glued to the surrounding tissue?

Another important but often forgotten point is metabolism and digestion. Is your body able to build the right nutrients and  to transport them to the right tissues? All of these could affect your pain.

TMJ - Treament

The art of TMJ treatment lies in understanding that functional disorders of the temporomandibular joint are linked to many factors: For example, adhered fascia - including that of organs - pelvic misalignments or immobility of the spine can impair the function of the jaw.

Increased tension in the jaw and neck muscles is usually due to stress hormones, which is why the autonomic nervous system should definitely be included in the treatment. The visceral supply of the structures must also be taken into account.

All of these factors can unbalance the temporomandibular joint and its capsular-ligamentous apparatus.

Functional/Medical Taping

Functional taping focuses on stimulating regeneration and self-healing in muscles, joints, organs, and the neurological/circulatory systems without restricting freedom of movement in any way.

Medical taping is a hard tape that stabilizes the joints of your body. To relieve pain and protect the joint to prevent the injury from getting worse.
